ZEST

VISUAL IDENTITY, VISUAL STRATEGY, BRAND PLATFORM

THE CHALLENGE:  In the communications market, “full service” became a common term. Almost every agency claims to do everything, even when they don’t always deliver everything with the same depth. In the end, doing many things can become the exact opposite of what the client needs: less focus, less integration, and less quality. For Zest, the challenge was to move away from this generic perception and show a real difference: its value was not in the number of deliveries, but in the way it took responsibility for the entire process. From briefing to delivery, from idea to operation, from plan to result. The brand expression needed to make clear what the agency was already doing in practice: connecting the dots, working closely with the client, and making the whole project work with quality and responsibility.

STRATEGIC SOLUTION:  To turn this challenge into direction, we built a complete brand platform for Zest. A strategic system designed to guide not only what the brand says, but how it positions itself, behaves, and sustains its decisions. The new platform organized the brand’s purpose, mission, promise, positioning, archetypes, attributes, and tone of voice around one central idea: turning creativity into commitment. From there, the brand gained a clearer, more distinctive narrative, deeply connected to the way it already worked in practice. This strategy also gave rise to the brand’s new tagline, created to make its delivery simple, strong, and distinctive: Zest. The Full Responsa Agency.
